Khozama Living 2 - 1 Bedroom Apartment

هادئه جدا Positive: الهدوء والراحه والنظافه Negative: الحمامات تحتاج عند الشور ان يوضع حاجز من اجل الماء لانه خطر السقوط

Positive: The Apartment decor was lovely, close to everything. Negative: The whole experience was traumatic. After we were unknowingly checked into the incorrect type of apartment, we were contacted via What's App the next morning and given 20 minutes to move. We were then threatened that the code would be changed on the door if we didn't comply as well as bullied over What's App until we agreed to move. They did compensate us with a discount on our room, but only after we insisted... Then..... The 1 bedroom apartment we booked was advertised as have cooking facilities and a stove top. It didn't..... When I complained, they basically told me to suck it, until I called booking.com. They then tried to bring a portable stove to my room, which then made booking.com powerless to help as technically they had solved our problem..... I couldn't use the cooktop, not even a pan, let alone any ventilation.... They then ignored my messages when the coffee machine wasn't working. Also, do not accept Room 24.... it has 6 air-conditioning units outside the bedroom window. Feels like trying to sleep on a Jet engine..... We travel around the world weekly and have never had reason for complaint, nor have we ever been treated so badly.

اقامة لن تتكرر مرة اخرى :) Positive: النظافة و المكان و الأخ المحترم سلطان هم افضل شيء بالاقامة Negative: لم يتم التواصل معي اثناء الوصول الا بعد ساعتين من بدء وقت الدخول + الحارس حاول التواصل معاهم و لكن بلا فائدة + لا توجد سلة مهملات بالغرفة ولا توجد ايضا عند المغسلة و فقط يوجد سلة واحدة في غرفة الجلوس !!! + الحمام صغير جداً جداً جداً الى درجة لا يوجد مكان للمغسلة و تم وضعها في الممر ! + مواقف السيارات قليلة جداً جداً ! + الأثاث في الصالة غير مريح + طريقة قفل الغرفة غبية جداً و اي شخص لديه الرقم السري يستطيع الدخول !
